Still a happy customer – Five years on

The pleasant surprise of praise for our work five years on.

It’s always great to get positive feedback from our customers, it’s what makes our work at Joju so worthwhile. Most of the time praise for our work, site teams and engineers comes during (or just after) the installation but last week we had the pleasant surprise of a past customer getting in touch to let us know his installation was still working great and he was still so happy with it.

Clive Bashford had his installation fitted five years ago and last week on the 5th birthday of the installation he kindly got in touch with Jon Cowdril, our Residential Sales Manager, to say, “It is exactly five years since you installed our panels on Malvern Rd and they are still working as new.” He also informed us of how well they are operating having “produced 12.6 KWp” on the day he contacted us despite, he admitted, looking a bit dusty at the moment.

It’s fantastic to hear how the products and services we provide customers continue to satisfy them long after the work has been done and it confirms to us why we have a five star rating on the independent rating website YouGen.
