Fusion 21 Energy Efficiency Framework is a national procurement framework, including EV charging infrastructure. It’s highly flexible and can manage tenders on behalf of council and public sector clients.
This procurement framework that can be accessed by public bodies nationwide. Through it, we can deliver, install and commission the full range of EV charging solutions.
Formerly CCS, this procurement framework is administered by the renamed ‘Government Commercial Agency’ and is utliiised across the UK. We can provide PV and EV services it.
We’ve been working with Dorset Council since 2019 to expand the roll out of EV Charging infrastructure for residents and visitors across the county. Over three phases, we’ve installed fast, rapid, and ultra rapid chargers in over 20 towns and villages, to make charging more accessible, convienient and reliable. There’s more to come too! Dorset Council’s aim is to ensure the county’s EV Charging infrastructure is “among the best in the country, with the right charging solutions in the right place” and we’ll be supporting them with infrastructure design and installation, every charge of the way! After working with the council for many years, our Joju Charging team will be installing over 1,500 more EV Charge points on the Isle of Wight.

Building on our work with Barnsley Council, we’ve been upgrading a special car park with a mix of fast and ultra-rapid chargers. ‘The Seam’ celebrates Barnsley becoming the UK’s first Tech Town.
Avon and Somerset Police has become the first UK police force to use innovative micro-grid technology to support the future electrification of its fleet. It’s been exciting to design and install it.
We’re helping South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue with their fleet decarbonsiation programme, installing EV charging to ensure senior staff’s operational vehicles are always charged and ready to go!
