Discover more about Joju Solar and Joju Charging

Our mission is, and always has been, to reduce carbon emissions and improve air quality

Clean energy pioneers

Founded in 2006, we have been pioneers in clean energy ever since.

Joju Solar and Joju Charging bring an ethical stance to business, with an emphasis on quality and service for the commercial and public sectors, and for communities.

We’re proud of our work and we care about what we build. We built the very first community-funded solar project in the UK, and have been responsible for nearly 15% of all community renewables across the country – all of it rooftop mounted solar. Adapting to the changing UK market, we’re also a leader in battery storage and EV Charging Infrastructure for councils and businesses.

It’s all part of our vision of a democratic, low carbon, electric future for all.

Doing this for two decades is also something we’re very proud of, and you can read more about what it means to our CEO Joe Michaels, here.

20 years
“Working with Joju is a pleasure. Their can-do attitude to problem-solving is refreshing and undoubtedly part of the reason why Dorset’s electric vehicle charging infrastructure programme has been such a success. They have a real understanding of how local authorities work and have demonstrated a genuine willingness to accommodate Dorset’s charging infrastructure needs, for the benefit of both residents and visitors”.
