“Business should still be thinking Solar”

In an interview with the Islington Sustainable Energy Partnership Joju Solar’s Head of Engineering, James Page, tells us why businesses should still be thinking about solar PV installations irrelevant of the Government cuts.

Joju Solar Head of Engineering, James Page, is certain that UK business should still be considering solar PV installations despite the recent Government cuts. In a recent interview with the Islington Sustainable Energy Partnership James makes it clear that solar is still viable and that to suggest otherwise is both damaging and incorrect.

James suggests “that even with the new FITs solar can provide respectable returns of around 10% provided buildings are selected to optimise the savings on electricity bills.” He adds that “matching solar generation to usage, or creating microgrids of interconnected users” is the optimum way forward for using solar.
